pk0k Terms & Conditions – Membership, Betting & Payment Rules

By accessing or using pk0k.ws, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the pk0k platform.

Pk0k is committed to being open and honest with its members at all times. That's why we've written every rule in plain language — so nothing gets lost in translation. There's nothing hidden behind complex legal jargon; what you see is exactly what you get.

Pk0k reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the site with the updated date noted. Continued use of the site after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

To register with pk0k, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online betting is prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may only register one account.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity in any form is strictly prohibited.
• pk0k employees are prohibited from registering or participating.

After registration, pk0k may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. KYC is a standard security process — there is nothing to be concerned about.

You are responsible for the security of your pk0k account. This includes keeping your password confidential, using a secure device, and reporting any suspicious activity to pk0k Support immediately.

• Use a strong password — a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Avoid logging into your account over public Wi-Fi.
• Do not hand your device to others without logging out first.
• pk0k will never ask for your password via email or SMS.

To close your account, please contact Support. Make sure to withdraw all funds before closure. Inactivity fees may apply to accounts with no login activity for 12 months.

When placing bets on pk0k, the following rules must be followed. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except under specific circumstances.
• Bets can be placed at any time before kick-off or during live betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk0k will settle the bet at the correct odds.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• pk0k reserves the right to void bets on events involving deliberate team changes or match-fixing.

Pk0k's bonus system is fully transparent. The terms of every bonus are clearly stated. Below are the general bonus rules:

• Welcome bonus (150%): Up to 150% bonus on your first deposit, capped at ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount.
• Weekly reload bonus: Up to 50% every Monday for active members. Wager: 10x.
• Cashback Bonus: 10–40% of weekly losses (based on VIP tier). No wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a ৳500 bonus (credited after your friend's first deposit).

If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited. Any winnings generated from bonus funds will only be withdrawable once all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Pk0k supports all popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Transactions are generally processed quickly, though some may take additional time due to verification requirements.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus balance.
• For suspicious transactions, pk0k may conduct additional verification, which can take up to 48 hours.
• Funds in inactive accounts (18 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee (up to ৳200/month).

Pk0k takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We adhere to international data protection standards to keep your information safe.

• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law.

Pk0k believes betting is a form of entertainment. We never want any member to develop a gambling addiction or suffer financial harm.

• Deposit Limit Setting: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: You can set your own maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Cool-off: Temporary account suspension is available for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion periods of 6 months to 5 years are available.
• Reality check: You'll receive reminders at set intervals showing how long you've been playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk0k. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Abusive behaviour towards pk0k staff.

The pk0k platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. pk0k's liability is limited in the event of any loss arising from technical issues, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• pk0k's decisions are considered final, though appeals may be submitted to the appropriate regulatory body.
